Write Launch Grow Terms (Plain English Edition)
Last updated: April 9, 2025
Welcome! Whether you’re reading a free chapter, previewing a book, or thinking of joining as a beta reader or reviewer, here’s what you need to know:
Our platform—and our family of sites like BooksAreWaiting.com, BookBingers.com, and AuthorPlayground.com—helps readers discover new authors, unlock chapters, leave reviews, or get involved in early reads. You can explore for free or register to access more features. Some features are available without an account, others may require a free or paid login.
All books, blogs, chapters, and creative content belong to the authors who created them. Authors manage their own websites, mailing lists, and sales tools. We host their pages, but:
If you buy something, you’re buying it directly from the author—not us.
Authors handle payment, refunds, and customer service.
We don’t control the accuracy of author content, their promotions, or product quality.
We encourage you to do your own research before making a purchase or engaging with any content.
If you leave a public review, comment, or feedback, it may appear:
On author websites, blurbs, or promo materials
On our discovery platforms (BooksAreWaiting.com, BookBingers.com, etc.)
In newsletters or book-related features
You can request anonymity or ask us to remove your content, but once it’s already published or shared, we may not be able to retract it everywhere.
We may offer free tools for readers who want to:
Read early versions of a book (beta reading)
Leave early reviews (Advanced Reader Copies / ARCs)
Share feedback with authors
These programs are unpaid and optional. You can stop participating at any time.
If you join, you agree:
Your feedback is voluntary and not eligible for payment, co-authorship, or ownership.
The author (and we) may quote your feedback publicly unless you request otherwise.
We are not responsible for the quality of communication or any awkward moments with authors when you’re interacting with them directly.
Some authors may request that you sign a confidentiality agreement (like a simple NDA) before sending you unpublished material. These agreements are between you and the author—not us.
Authors may share content that includes emotional triggers, mature themes, innacurate content, or strong opinions. We don’t review, censor, or vet every submission. Use your discretion when engaging with any content.
If something bothers you or feels inappropriate, please report it. We take concerns seriously.
Please keep the community welcoming and respectful. That means:
No harassment, hate speech, or abuse
No spam or self-promotion unless it’s invited
Be kind in comments and constructive in reviews
If you violate these principles, your access may be limited or removed.
We collect minimal info—just enough to help you use the platform (like your name and email for newsletter signups or chapter unlocks). We do not sell your data.
You can request to remove your info or delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Use of our websites is at your own risk.
We can’t guarantee books will meet your expectations or that authors will respond to you.
We are not responsible for misinformation in books, even if it’s written by professionals (like doctors or therapists).
We don’t control how authors use mailing lists or off-platform interactions—though we encourage ethical behavior and will remove access for confirmed violations.

Welcome to Write Launch Grow! Here’s a clear, human-friendly rundown of the most important things you should know before diving in:
Everything you create—stories, characters, outlines, weird fanfics about sentient garden gnomes—belongs to you.
We’ll never publish or publicly share your work unless you explicitly say yes (like if you enter a contest or submit to a showcase).
Our tools are designed to assist you, not replace you.
If the AI helps you brainstorm, it’s your creation. If the AI does everything, it may not be copyrightable—so you decide how to use it.
Want your own author website? ✅
Want to sell books, courses, or merch? ✅
Just know: you’re responsible for your sales, refunds, and legal stuff on your site. We don’t handle payments or customer support for you.
No bullying, spam, hate speech, or sketchy behavior.
Treat fellow authors and readers with respect (yes, even if you disagree about Oxford commas).
You can co-write, co-market, and collaborate with other users, but you need your own written agreements.
We’re not a legal team, judge, or therapist—we just give you the space to connect.
Readers can browse books, preview chapters, and sign up for updates.
If they buy from your page, that’s your store. We’re just the host, not the cashier.
If you break the rules or cause harm, we may suspend or remove your account. It’s rare—but we’re not afraid to hit that ban button.
Digital content = no refunds once accessed.
Memberships renew automatically, but you can cancel anytime and keep access for the rest of your billing cycle.
We’re based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
All legal stuff goes through Nevada law, and U.S. users agree to handle disputes via arbitration (basically, a private resolution instead of court).
We collect only the info we need to run the site.
You can request deletion of your data or AI memory at any time.
Our team follows strict confidentiality rules to protect your work and info.
Email us: admin@writelaunchgrow.com
Or use the chat box on the site!
You’re here to write, grow, and launch something incredible—and we’re here to help. These terms exist to protect your rights, our community, and the vision we’re building together.
